Help with Citizen Eco drive needed

Hi guys, my Citizen CB0010-02E has stopped working with the hands perfectly placed as in the photo. I doubt this is a coincidence and the phone was fully charged very recently. I think this hand allignment means something but I could not find any useful information in the handbook. Can you please help? Thanks

You mean you pulled the crown out and left it pulled for half a minute?

·

Have you been wearing it recently or was it in a drawer or some other dark place?

OK ....Usually I say that you should try putting the watch in sunlight for at least 6 - 8 hours to make sure that there's a good charge but you said that you did that .....(might not hurt to try again) ......

To reset the watch pull the crown out to position 2 ( all the way out), then with the crown still out, hit the top button (B) and the bottom button (A) at the same time. Then let go.

(The top button might need to be pressed with a pen or something small. )

If It worked you see the second hand move to the "0" position and the hour hand and date indicator will move a bit too.

You then have to set the watch again by selecting a city and adjusting the time/calendar.

hope this helps, keep me posted.

I'm invested now.

This is our watch.

For a fast charge on your solar’s, I’ve had good results with the Coolfire light charger. It’s a glorified led flashlight, but it works well.

Thanks for the suggestions. I was away but now I had time to try them out. Unfortunately nothing seems to work. The watch was fully charged and when initiating reset the hands should move in a different position anyway. So it is really weird. I guess I will have to go to a citizen dealer to seek some help

P.S. when I was not into watches, I left a citizen eco drive watch for years in a drawer. After leaving out for few hours it started working again and it's perfect. These are tough watches. Not sure what's going with mine

I have been looking at this just to boost the lume before nighttime rambles. I have a UV curing flashlight that gets great results but the form factor is lacking.

Does yours have a on/off switch?

Yes, it has an on/off switch which you also use to select between AC or DC power.
