Rodeen, thanks for posting this North Flag. I feel that this watch is highly under rated or worse, looked at as a wrong move by Tudor. I usually don't like the more modern aesthetic but this one actually brings it off quite well. Great watch choice!

Looking at the dial, and especially the numerals, it's obvious that what Tudor tried to accomplish is to create a modern interpretation of a Rolex Explorer.
it's also obvious with a 20/20 hindsight that it was going to ricochet and fail both because it was something the parent company was bound to see it as a threat to their own business and because the targeted customers would not be receptive to such a change from what they were used to buy.
It's a pity really because the North Flag was the only watch Tudor made that I find interesting enough to justify a purchase.

Thank you sir! I believe the timing for its release was off when people were into vintage inspired pieces. If Tudor would have delayed its release say 5yrs or more it would have been an instant hit!
