Yes my friend. I mean I have been admiring previous releases from the Alpinist line but never really connected with any of them. Until now and it won't be sold in PH! 😭
Not bad…love the dial but I’m on the fence about the blue hour markers and hands a bit too much blue for my taste though…

They might have just did. Though I have always been attracted to contrasts. Maybe the one thing that appeals to me on this piece aside from the iconic design of the older models. That might have been why I never pulled the trigger on previous models... absence or lack of contrast.
I love this color combo. Used to own the original green as my first watch purchase. It was too green for daily wear. I love blue color hands and the hodinkee blue exclusive was nice too
£800 in uk is expensive though. I bought mine a long time ago for £200 :)

Surely my friend, the blue on gray speaks to me a lot! Though I haven't seen the Hondinkee version. Will look that up. 😉

Yup, that's the only downside. I have about a month or so to digest that very valid point. Maybe wait a little longer to snatch one up in the pre-owned market. 🤔
