The watch is unexpectedly comfortable to wear - it is neither too heavy nor too light. Neither too big nor too small. Neither too fat nor too thin. Just perfect. However, it offers its wearer a sublime comfort.

This watch was made with attention to detail. This can be seen on closer inspection in every area of the watch.

The bezel is made of ceramic and the bezel inlays are milled and gold-plated. what wonderful work.

I bought the watch directly from the manufacturer. Both the transparency of the ordering and delivery process and the speed leave nothing to be desired. Customer service is still really important here.

The design of this watch is very reminiscent of the ROLEX Submariner Date / Ref. 116613LN, cal. 3135, model 2015. It is an art in itself to produce such a high-quality watch today and still maintain your own style.

This is not the first Steinhart watch that I have treated myself to. For this reason, I bow to so much innovation from this company, which manages with every watch that the owner has the feeling of being able to call something very special his own.

  • the quality of this watch
  • the timeless design of this watch
  • the name / designation of the watch is not very memorable. There's still room for improvement...

Two quick questions:

1) Is the bezel in the closeup photo misaligned or just off a click?

2) I understand that Steinhart's cases tend to have a flat profile. Have you found that to be an issue at all?

I have 3...yes they can wear a little flat...it is not a deal breaker for me but I can see how it would bother some. I think a way Gunter keeps prices down is having a consistent case for the 39mm and 42mm. Then it is just a matter of changing faces. I often swap my bracelets between my watches and the end links fit perfect on all of them. But yea, it is a flatter than normal case design...

I didn't even have to click the review to know that it was quality. I like Steinhart. The only downside for me is the clasp. I wish they would upgrade it to something like a Rolex. Maybe not as expensive but similar design.

Recently, I emailed them asking for a 36mm case. Their Adventure in that size would be an instant buy for many people. But they said there are no plans for that. Sigh.

Yes, the bezel...I played with it...and didn't get it back in place...my fault, but it's so fun to turn 😀

What do you mean with the flat profile?

That doesn't bother me at all... the overall impression of the watch still fascinates me. 😀
