Retro Baltany S4030; Can AliExpress do unique?
Do you think some companies at AliExpress are successfully producing more unique watches?
This retro looking watch is powered by the Seiko NH38. It has a sapphire AR coated crystal, 200m WR, beautiful burgundy sunburst dial and handset, and a unique retro/steampunk inspired bezel. This slight of design skews a typical classy watch design into a thought provoking change of pace. I really like the twist.
The lume is excellent.

It’s not that they can’t produce original designs, it’s that original designs tend not to sell. People want the copies.
San Martin has only recently started having success with its original design watches, but they have had a (small) number of (poor selling) original design watches in their catalog for years.
