Brand vs Design
I have always loved the colors of the Milgauss, but I also wont buy another Rolex, I own one already and it gets ZERO wrist time. I have been eyeing this Pagani design for a while. I know Pagani is polarizing but honestly that doesnt bother me… so I ordered it. I have had this for a few days now and I cant stop wearing it. I love it! I find it to be so well made when I compare it to my Rolex, Omega, Junghans, Hamilton, etc.. This watch has cemented my position of “buy what you like” more than ever! In the end it was the colorful dial I was after and not the brand.

I had this watch too and also regarded it highly. One of Pagani's better watches, definitely.

I have the Benyar version for the same reason - I love this design but I don't need the crown on the dial or anti-magnetic anything. So I spent peanuts on this and put the big money into VC's pocket instead.
There are only so many expensive watches I'd own, and the Milgauss would never make the cut.

You don't want to give him something that you wear and really enjoy? Or are you not wearing it because you won't to give him a brand new Rolex? Admirable that you are giving it to your nephew either way. I am actually giving my nephew a watch when he is older but it's going to be one I cherish and that he has seen me wear and enjoy.
