I've seen this, but not done any research. Does the rubber ducky move around as the minute hand and the floating donut/leg represent the hours?
Or does it not tell time and is actually a statement like "Don't think about what time it is, just relax"?

The legs are the hour time and the rubber duck is the minute hand. Fairly easy to read.

Correct! Leg is the hours, ducky is the minute. ;)
