1913 Waltham 0s "Fancy Dial". Today I have my larger sized Waltham 0s watch. The movement dates to 1913, but the watch is more likely from the mid to late 1930s. Many unused 0 sized movements sat around the watch makers store waiting to be cased and sold for decades. This particular combination of gold inlaid dial, and matching gold hands is rather stunning!

What a find, This era of watches is so interesting with the transition to wrist watches. Love when the fancy dials made it into wrist watches. I believe it is common to call the watches with pocket watch movements but into wrist watches marriage watches.
I'm not one for gold, but wow!
