Glycine Combat Sub, GL0088, Mortal Kombat. My favorite Diver/Field watch. Super comfy scented rubber strap, understated signed buckle, low case height, highly legible dial with the perfect color accents. 10/10.

And the thinness and lug curvature are key to how these wear so much better than other watches with similar case width and lug to lug dimensions.
Mine was less than $300 (new) a couple of years ago and at or around those prices this has to been one of the best value entry points into Swiss automatic watches?
Also I haven’t found anything else that bridges the field and dive watch categories this well.
It’s a definite keeper among my watches.
I like the sunburst blue dial and the classic Glycine crown logo on your sub. Mine has the applied new crown/eagle logo on the dial, but all other logos on the crown, rubber strap, box and buckle are the old crown. I like that logo better than the new redesign. Congrats on your watch.
