Self Audit of a Bargain Hunter for the year ending 2022
As my watch collection spree has gone haywire during the pandemic I needed to compile the collection in one spreadsheet and find out how many pieces I have collected. As of today the collection stands at 75 without considering some hand-me downs from my father who passed away last year.
Since I acquired the watches from all over the world (based on my search criteria for getting any watch only at bargain prices) I have calculated the total purchase price of these in US dollars. It comes around $8,400 as of today and if I calculate the retail prices it would have cost me $13,000.....I can sleep well today
The Brand distribution shows my collection has 75% Casio Brands which includes G-Shock, Edifice and Protrek.....and the rest are an assorted array including a few Seikos, Citizens, Orient, Longines, Tissot and some Chinese Watches....
My Resolution for the new year to use the 5,000 I saved to buy only one grail watch in 2023....
