I was debating on one of these when I first got into watches but as I dove further down the rabbit hole I decided on a Seiko, as it was easier to find and more affordable and likely more reliable. That did t matter in the end because I ended up with a few more mechanicals and then the tools to take the apart and put em back together lol.

Its definitely one of the coolest watches in my collection, I do highly recommend them. If you do care if its original or not make sure the movement is stamped with the letters and numbers mine has, and that the crystal looks like this. There are A LOT of franken watches out there. Most won’t have the CCCP mark near six o clock that mine does.
