We need more Fortis content here

I'm surprised there isn't more Fortis content here. I've been a big fan of the bran for years and after attending Windup in SF I'm excited more than ever about the upcoming models that will be released next month on the 13th.

Meeting Jupp and Dario was one of the highlights of Windup for me. I had talked to them on several occasions over Zoom but never met them in person.

Any other Fortis aficionados here?

Their recent Fliegers would have been killer...

...BUT...

50mm lug to lug on a 39mm watch? Why?

don't judge this watch on numbers - you need to try one on for size. I have a smallish wrist at 6.75" and love how it fits. On wrist it doesn't feel long.

I was thrilled to glet hands on at the SF Windup show with Jupp and Dario. Awesome guys, amazing watches, though Jupp‘s story on buying the company and the reasons why sort of left a bad taste. regardless, watches were amazing in person. The F-43 TGMT was very impressive in titanium. Great fit on my 7.5” 19CM wrist.

I wish I had a bigger wrist to be able to rock that Ti GMT - what a beautiful watch. I hope that down the road they make a F-39 version - I would be all over that.

I also enjoyed catching up with those guys at Windup SF - I was pleasantly surprised to see them there.

Very timely. Question for me, as I was looking for something to replace my Hamilton officer. Someone suggested I look at Fortis, but surprised at the general lack of quantity and quality content for such an attractive watch, that gets great reviews.

yeah I'm not sure why there aren't more talk/reviews about this watch. I personally think it's incredible. I bought mine sight unseen and it was even better than I expected in the metal. I think people are turned off by the long lug to lug but shouldn't. My wist isn't that big at 6.75" and the F-39 fits like a glove. The longer lugs makes it sable on my wrist.

The Block Bracelet is also super comfortable - I've heard people complain about it and how it should be tapered but again, I don't think these people ever tried one on. It's super comfortable and one of the best clasp I've ever used.

I'm considering one of the fliegers. but I still want to see them in person before pulling the trigger. The size looks intimidating
