I go to the gym; if my arms are moving up and down or side to side, I am losing weight and building muscle. If my arms are moving up and down shovelling chocolate and booze into my gullet, I am doing the inverse of losing weight. This is a gross oversimplification, but the concept is there. I don't need a watch to tell me that I am exercising. I know I am exercising because I am surrounded by big, sweaty men while also being a big, sweaty man throwing weights around and moaning loudly.

Personally, trackers challenge me to reach specific health targets. As they say, you can only manage and improve what you can measure.
Likewise, I understand that it's not for everybody... just like our crazy watch hobby. ๐

I used to have one, but at a certain point I did not see the point anymore. On top of that, the look of an analog watch is simply more beautiful ๐

Nope. I only wear mechanical and quartz watches. And a wedding ring. My only accessories
Fair to say, fitness trackers are not popular with watch people. Most probably because it doesn't look good with a regular watch. ๐
We should have more and better options for fitness rings. ๐
Oura ring does the trick just fine.
