Is the Seiko Willard a big watch?

Hi, I have a 6.25 inch wrist and am interested in the seiko willard. I have seen the dimensions and seem quite big, but are also almost the same as those of the Doxa Sub 300. I have worn and seen the Sub 300 in person and it doesn’t feel as big as the dimensions list. So, does the Willard actually feel as big as it says or does it wear a little smaller and similar to the Doxa? To anyone who has handled and worn the Willard I would very much appreciate feedback and photos with listed wrist measurements 👍🏻

With a lug to lug of just under 47mm I'm sure you could rock the Willard.

A nato strap wil be too bulky perhaps.

Experiment with straps.😎 Tough to pass it up and it's all in your attitude.😊🌄 Good luck 👍

Martin Sheen was not a large man. I too have slender wrists and I can accommodate a lug to lug under 49mm.

The watch looks fine on Sheen's wrist.😃

I had one and it wore great, I have a slightly bigger wrist than yours (6.6in) but this watch is meant to be a bigger wrist presence so I say go for it!

Thanks for your feedback👍🏻it’s useful when I can get reviews from people who have owned and wore the watch👍🏻

You should be able to rock the Willard without issue. If you want to try without the pricetag, buy a homage from Ali Express.

I have your worst size. The SPB151 and 153 is a better fit.

I don’t believe it is a big watch as much as it wears big. You know those watches that you find their measurements extremely close but one seems bigger than the other?

Having said that, I believe that if you do want it on your wrist, well it’s yours.

The fact that it’s a #seiko matters the most 💎

To all of you who who commented on this post, thanks for your comments on the Williard. In the end, I wound up purchasing one and it fits perfectly on my wrist. It’s so much less big than the dimensions listed and it’s because of your knowledge that encouraged me to buy it. Thanks to you all 🙏🏻
