Lorus Lumibrite
My Fiancée bought me this little timepiece recently and I love it. My (ahem) sMaRtWaTcH has started shedding functions almost daily since I wore it in the sea on holiday. Fed up with the clinical, emotionless feeling that my SW offered I wanted a replacement with a bit of personality instead. I'd decided on a field watch as I wanted another daily driver and the smaller case is potentially less prone to knocks and scuffs of my manual job. I did consider a Seiko SNK obviously but this little Lorus provides even greater value in my estimation and the build quality, fit & finish are superb. Purchased for me from Argos then - and just look at that lume!
Just a beginner with the usual smart watch (Huawei Watch GT2) and a dependable but definitely uncollectable Pulsar VD53-X012 which I've had for over ten years. Soon hope to start my proper watch colle...

The previous (titanium) one is the one to have and is starting to achieve mild cult status as it's hard to find now new. But it lacks the full dial lume of the stainless version. A chap on YouTube shows how he swapped the flat mineral crystal for a domed sapphire one from Ali Express. A nice little upgrade 👍😁
