That's a cool Rolex for a lady, but I wouldn't choose the one with roman numerals, they look far too big for the size of the dial.
It is pretty cool, ain't it?! I am personally biased towards Roman numerals, hence my love for Breguet and Cartier... but I do get your perspective too. In this particular model, I like how only the 6 o'clock numeral has diamonds. It's a ladies watch but not ghastly covered in diamonds.
