A Great Timepiece and yes it's a Quartz!
Hello my fellow watch enthusiasts!
DISCLAIMER: I'm far from an expert on horology. Just gaining more more of it.
I know there has been some discussion on weather a quartz watch can rival mechanical watches. I'm not here to debate that. I love both technologies and embrace them all for what they are.
I'm here to say horology has evolved over the span of time( no puns intended). From the sun and stars, sand and water and now quartz. I'll stop here.
So here we are with a wonderful quartz timepiece and wow what a watch. I set the time on this Bulova Lunar Pilot last August 2022. I just took it out of the watch box and sat down with it to put on my new red nato strap my wife gave me. I took out my phone and looked at the running atomic clock. I set all my watches to this time. It's an OCD thing. Wow the watch only gained 2 seconds. I was really amazed how well this quartz timepiece keep pretty accurate time for the past 5 months. I love this watch! By the way it's a STRAP MONSTER! Looks great in any strap or bracelet.
So with all of the long winded rambling about my watch, what's next in the horological evolution that will rock the world. Someday we'll have the same discussions about that new advancements in telling time as we do now with mechanical vs quartz.
So what I am trying to say here is appreciate the watch for what it is and give it the respect and love it deserves. They all have a soul lol

8 in wrist. That's why it wears well on my wrist. They are putting out a smaller version.
It is a great watch. It looks terrific on the red strap.
I know they are putting out a smaller version. Just when I don't know. Be patient yeah lol. I know I couldn't wait to get my hands this bad boy.
