First personal sos beacon watch.. the first watch that went round the world in a #balloon as well as being on the longest #space #mission. I personally take this on long #cruises or #adventures across multiple #timezones... but not my first pick if I am to go on a proper tough adventure (it might still be a #gshock), what do you think? What would be your pick?

The Breitling emergency was THE watch that drew me into collecting watches. It wasn't necessarily the appearance per se, but observing it in the store as a younger kid under a glass box with the jet fighter and pilot display and mini TV that showed the emergency response was so freaking cool to me that a watch could do all that! I thought in that moment that I wanted, and would own, a cool watch like that someday. I never ended up getting that watch, but my tastes evolved obviously as I collected watches and I moved to loving the Navitimer as a young adult and setting that as my goal to save for. Eventually many years later, I was able to get my first "nice" watch, and I knew it had to be a Breitling of course! The Superocean ended up winning out and I still have it and love it so much. The Breitling Emergency still is just such a cool watch 😎
I’ve been debating an Emergency for my marine and boating/fishing adventures. Spend a lot of time on the water. I’m not sure if it is a real or false sense of security I’d feel with it.
Currently I’ll wear a mechanical and my Apple Watch as my backup as I have cellular on it too. having access to weather is nice.
Honorable mention is Solar GShock
