Plus 7 is pretty lucky - I think they say they regulate to minus 10 to plus 20 a day. Which again you can't complain about with a Miyota and this price point.
As for timegrapher: I don't have one either. But you can download the Watch Accuracy Meter app - it's pretty good. It saved me a lot of trouble when I bought my IWC (who offer no guarantees about time keeping at all). I tested two models in the boutique, and bought the one that ran plus one to minus two spd, rather than the one that was running plus 20 a day.
