Excited for the releases tomorrow...
I work full time on watches and usually am not that excited about new watches launched, but since I'm going to Geneva this weekend (and taking members of The Watch Collectors' Club along), I really am looking forward to the new releases.
Is anyone else excited or is everyone too jaded?

I want to say one excited, but I don’t plan on buying anything this year so it’s just gonna be more of a tease.
Not excited at all. I just know I’m about to be bombarded by content creators hyping up things that are not really that exciting. I just said the same on another post. So if Rolex does introduce a white dial on the Explorer…..and? Last year the one I liked was the titanium Yacht Master. Went into my AD right away. 3-4 years I was told I was 8th on the list, they didn’t even hit the grey market until October and the average price? £35k hahaha. So I am not interested in unattainable anything, and I equally dislike being bombarded by the social media onslaught that’s coming my way. Rant over 😂

I guess you'll have to take a Social Media break this week then! I'm not sure Rolex will do anything that exciting, but it's part of their brand not to, let's be honest. There might be some fun stuff from other brands though!

Yip hahaha. I remember last year the Bamford and co running around in jumpsuits and thinking what on earth are they doing! I thought the jigsaw puzzle dial was different however as soon as I saw the full watch I knew i was never going to see one in the wild, the celebration dial…nope, would never buy that. So after all said and done it was like going to a car show knowing that you will never see or be able to buy any of the cars on show unless you have prefix of ‘Prince’ in front of your name. So what’s the point? Went to the British Watchmakers day, spoke to Roger Smith, Mike France. I could buy anything I wanted, that was a great event.
