Two years ago, at $2900 MSRP, I wasn't sold on this one (like a lot of people, I was judging it for what it wasn't rather than what it was). After finding this used (and mint) for half that price, I'm in love with it. And, honestly, now that it's been on my wrist for a few days and I've really gotten a chance to interact with it closely, I'd probably argue that it's worth what Seiko was charging for it...but I'm really happy to have not paid that ;)
