I always recommend this one. It's hard to find Arabic dials that aren't in the luxury end of things.

I’d recommend looking at microbrands if you’re wanting a unique yet affordable brand. Echo/Neutra come to mind.

The moonphase might be a little over your budget but they do 3-handers that would fit your budget. Very wearable size and the screw down crown allows for a 200m wr.

Or if you want a diver and are willing to wait till the Spring there’s Clemence Watches’ Photic Diver.

Or there’s Studio Underdog. They’re coming out with a really interesting field watch in a few days, or their chronographs are amazing.
