Sorry, but that’s not a Raketa or a Commander… That’s a fantasy dial 100% a franken watch. Raketa never made a watch like this. And those hands are very common on franken models. Neither types of the Soviet-era Shturmanskie “Gagarin, not the modern ones never had that handset or those hands. I wouldn’t be surprised if it had a Zim movement either. And as far as I’m aware, Raketa’s never collaborated with Shturmanskie or has made a watch called the “Commander”.

The movement appears to be Raketa 2609 HA. Please have a look.

This is the listing. Shop name GiGi watch on Etsy. I've learned my lesson. May be others find it useful.
Cheers 👍
It may be a Frankenwatch, but it's still cool. I like it!

Yeah, sorry. Don’t let it mess with you too much. Real Shturmanskie Gagarins aren’t easy to find, so enjoy yours.

Interesting. *2609 NA. “HA” would be “ХА”. Interestingly they have “SU” in Latin script but the letters in the movement code are in Cyrillic 🤔.
Might want to get that barrel gear looked at. It appears to be rusting or dirty
