I welcome suggestions

Where I live, we currently are on our "spring break", which is taking place on the last week of March and the first one of April. Last week, I got the opportunity to spend some days out of town visiting family, we went back to the place where my parents are from.

During my stay, I was fortunate to find this piece in my grandfather's bedside table, he passed away in 1995, asked my dad if I could keep it and got the response that I wanted.

Now, I turn to te amazing watchcrunch community seeking for suggestions on where to take this watch to get it restored, I would like to refinish the case, the dial is in excellent condition, it is quartz; my understanding is that it is from the 70s, I do have family living in USA in California, I'm planning to visit them next summer, so I'm hoping to bring the watch with me to bring it back to life.

I'm all ears. Enjoy your day crunchers.
