How often have people had orders refunded because it didn't ship on time? I ordered a Steeldive 197o 'Willard" on the first day of rhe Anniversary sale. Today after two weeks it got refunded because it hadn't shipped yet. Is this common, because it seems like it's not. I re-ordered but I was kind of disappointed

I have not had this happen, but I have placed orders only to receive a notification that the store could not ship to my region of the world and the order then cancels.
Never had that happen, but I'm still kinda new to AliX. Right now one of mine is in delivery purgatory. It's been sitting at "the last mile carrier" for weeks now. Likely it'll be refunded, but I'll have to wait out the whole 3 month delivery period before I get a refund to re-order from another seller. 🙄
Happened to me once. Guaranteed 10-day delivery, once the 10 days passed and the shipment didn't even depart AliExpress issued an automatic refund.

I reordered in the hopes that it was an isolated incident
I had it once with a non-watch related item. The initial refund didn't cover the tax element so I had to chase for that. It was only pennies but if you don't ask for it back it gives them a business model!
