Panerai!! Help me choose

Hey everyone, I’ve had my eyes on a Panerai for a few months now, but I’m not that familiar with all the various models, past and present. There’s so many that it gets a little overwhelming.

I’m hoping you knowledgeable Panerai people out there can recommend me a model that may fit my preferences.

Ideally, I’d like a Pam that’s 42mm, brushed case (titanium is ok), and not too thick height wise (manual wind is ok).

I’ve looked at the pam177 and 118 but I think these are both 44mm. Is there a non polished 42mm besides the current submersibles? Your help is appreciated! Thanks!

Perhaps check out the Luminor Quaranta line; 40mm case and on the thinner side for a Panerai.

Addendum: Just measure thickness at 12.7mm.
