Was playing around with the kids and jammed it into a door frame. I hit it so hard that it popped a spring bar (thankfully it was on a NATO), and jammed/bent a pusher—I had to use a spudger to unwedge it! No other marks on the watch and other than not really being able to start/stop the chrono - it was flawless. Same accuracy, etc
Sent it to Omega/Swatch service center and they performed a “Water Resistance Service” detailed here,
So, not a full service, no polishing or refurbishment of the case/bracelet
Here’s the parts they returned, you can see the bent pusher 😬,
I also need a few bracelet screws and had them upgrade my clasp to the new push-button one. They called this a “Comfort Conversion”,
All-in-all, a great experience with the service center and everyone I spoke with at Omega/Swatch along the way.
