Something just doesn't seem right about this... Is this even legal? I'm not one to drum up drama, but should Momentum Watches be aware of this? I'm a huge fan of their's, so I'm rather biased. What are your thoughts?

I think the issue would be the brand name, not the fact it looks like a Momentum/Chronosport Sea Quartz 30.
