Is the G-Shock ga-2100/ga-2110 a good beginner G-Shock

I am asking this question because I've been wanting to purchase one as both of them look great but i don't know if they are good. Also it would be my first G-Shock.

Yes, but you should take a look at solar + Bluetooth version as well if you ask me

While I love my Casioak (GA-2100), I’d say a better beginner GShock would be DW-5600 or 5800.

Just get whichever you like better, can't go wrong with either. It wears very nicely & is very comfortable.

The negative digital display is hard to read, but just use the backlight.

Setting time & aligning the hands/sub dial can be hard to get the hang of at first, but there are lots of great YouTube tutorials.

My first G-Shock was the GA-2100 (all black) and I have since bought another (digital glitch) because I liked it so much.
