Those are the most basic and cheap quartz watch with a brand logo on it which is making it much more expensive than it should be. You’d better get something like Timex within this price range or save a bit more to get some decent entry level swiss watches like Hamilton or Tissot
I would assume the branding is licensed out and that there is not necessarily one exclusive manufacturer. Thus, the only certain link between any two models is the brand, which is not the manufacturer (does anyone think there is a Guess? watch factory somewhere?).
I'd also assume they are on par with similar items. It's possible that they are no worse than a Timex though.
