Even if 300hz is 1000 times Les than 242kHz, the sweeping is almost identical. But the best part of this movement is the sound. Because of the vibrating tuning fork, the watch and a continuous 300Hz sound

Oh write... Dang, I read kHz not Hz... But that is good to know that it sweeps! I want a sweeping Quartz movement one day!
Tuning fork is not quartz, the battery is conectes to a tuning fork vibrating @ 300 Hz and a 300 teeth week moves the second hand
