WF&Co aftersales experience and happy return of Carrera

Just decided to share my experience with Watchfinder & Co. aftersales since might be useful for someone

As I wrote in post my TAG Heuer Grand Carrera broke all of a sudden during vacation due to loose screw that blocked a rotor (thus disabling automatic winding).

The watch was puchased from WF appx 5 months prior that as certified pre-owned so it was clear some mishap happened during servicing. I was very upset and stressed since I had no idea of how warranty will work, time needed, etc.

The process was super easy and WF stuff were supportive along the way. I filled contact form and got reply the next day with apologies and asking for address to send courier for pick-up. Pre-paid package arrived in next few days ready for safe shipping back to service center (included instructions, special watch box, package foam, etc.). I got informed that watch was received by service center and after two weeks it was ready to be shipped back.

Now I got watch back and seems all in working order (hopefully it lasts!). To be honest - I was prepared for few months of wait and maybe some back and forth with warranty, etc. but in the end it took around 3 weeks from filling contact form and getting watch back repaired.

So long story short - I am very happy with how smoothly and fast it was resolved. I know it broke down due to service mistake in first place, but I think it is equally important to handle such situations in appropriate way (as they did). Would be interesting to hear if anyone had any issues with WF&Co.

As a final note - this is not a paid post. Just super excited to have my first serious purchase back so quickly and share experience with community overall
