Swatch Diaphane full blooded Review

Hello watchfam. Nowadays "MoonSwatch" hype invade all of watch forum, instagram, etc. everyone was excited about it, everybody line up 1 or 2 days before and almost everybody upset not be able to bought it. For a budget collector like me it is an exciting moment, now you can own an omega for 260$ dollar. But is it omega quality with swatch logo on it? or is it swatch watch with omega design? does it feel nice or bad?

which make me remind me of something, i have a swatch too. but how is it not sitting on my watchbox with my other collection? so im looking for my old swatch and try to remembering whats happening.

this swatch was a gift to me by my girlfriend when im sitting in my college back in 2015 or 2016. this swatch was from irony collection diaphane full blooded black skull chronograph, such a long name but i called it a skullswatch. style fits me as a hipster teenager back in the day 😂😂.

lets start from the case. its a 42mm diaphane black case (plastic translucent black) which dont feel pretty good actually, but it is fit with the swatch motto as a fun second watch so it is what it is.

dial design is pretty bold with big skull logo on it.  indices made from stainless steel with no lume. there are date window as well. crystal made from acrylic.

movement is chronograph quartz swiss eta which i never use the chronograph function. with hacking feature

bracelet is the most disappointing aspect for me. it made from some black coating aluminium with oysterstyle bracelet. the point which i dont like about this bracelet is gap which is big, other is the end link looks ugly, and the third is when i put the watch to my wrist for one day the push pin want to fell off.

as the conclussion swatch tend to be gate for the young people to be interested in watch world, i believe some of us has a nostalgia with it at some point. but as i grew older i realized im not a target demographic for swatch. but everybody has their opinion. so if the moonswatch feel and have a quality like this one, probably i'll pass.
