Tissot first Boutique in Frankfurt Germany.
Finally, Tissot opens it's very first boutique in Germany.
This was like a missing link for those watch enthusiasts who were looking on for affordable swiss watches.
The problem with other jeweleries ans watch shops was the same like with other premium brands. They offered only few models. And even not in every color and size. If you need an alternative strap or bracelet you have to order.
I wasn't there yet, but they promisse a wide range of straps and bracelets for their models. Especialls the PRX-lovers might be relieved now.
What's also interesting: They opened their boutique at Steinweg 6 right beside of the new Tudor Boutique. Opposite of Frank Müller Boutique and across the street of the Omega, Hublot and Rolex Boutiques.
Within around only 1.5 years several Boutiques opened in Frankfurt: A. Lange & Söhne, Breitling, Tudor and now Tissot.
The Patek Philippe boutique opened not long time before in 2020.
Mostly concentrated around the luxury shopping street Goethestraße (which I actually hate to visit :-D ). But it seems that Frankfurt has now the highest density of Boutiques in Germany.
What's also interesting, that it's all just a few meter of the Bucherer store.
Competition is alway good for business AND for us customers.
And as I already said: I'm really happy that eventually an affordable brand gave us the same service, experiences and opportunities of a boutique store.
I hope to see more such moves in future, from other entry and medium level brands. As like Rado, Certina, Frederique Constant.

Tissot was the first Swiss brand I've ever owned. I only found out the brand because I was walking around a Hong Kong and a salesman at a Tissot boutique saw me looking at watches while he taking a smoke break. He invited me inside and I walked out with a Moto GP around my wrist. I've had an affinity for the brand ever since. I'm glad the boutique experience is available for the average joe.
