Trying out this new early Christmas gift. Smell is amazing!

I bought a 25 pound bag of coffee but didn’t realize the beans were green. I was telling somebody about it and today somebody gifted me a coffee roaster. If it taste half as good as it smells, it should be unbelievable. Apparently roasting coffee is very precise, so I actually have a use for my New Nivada Paul Newman datamaster chronograph.

I bought a $99 roaster from Amazon and have been using it a lot. I absolutely love how it makes the house smell. Cheers from a fellow coffee roasting watch enthusiast!

Go to the first cracking for the highest caffeine content. ☕ That's my understanding.

Lifes just too short to be drinking bad coffee or wearing junk watches. Many years ago I worked in fine Italian restaurant and they taught me all the subtle nuances of making great coffee. Silly little things like making sure that it’s scrupulously clean when you start out and not using too much heat in all areas of the brewing, grinding and roasting. It makes all the difference in the world!
