Low ball!

I put in a lowball offer of 1K USD and they accepted it. Right now I’m kicking myself. Hopefully I’ll feel differently when I get it in my hands. This is going to be my third Anonimo in two months, but every time I’ve got them one in my hands I’ve been pleased with them and felt I got my moneys worth (if not more so). Anonimo will be ceasing US marketing operations soon and will be abandoning all US authorized dealers. As a result there’s great deals to be had on new and used models. I just wasn’t planning on picking up a third one to round up the collecting year. Ech fuggit! Watches make me happy in a way that nothing else seems to be able to. This truly is like being a drug addict, but at least we have something to show for it afterwards.
I’m a DJT loving watch whore…… deal with it! I’ve been collecting since 1999. I should say even before than that but only seriously from that point.
It sounds like you've found a source of joy in collecting watches, even if it's a bit unexpected this time. I saw an advertisement on C24 that states it has a Dubois Depraz 42035 Chrono flyback movement. Apparently it used the ETA2892-2 as its base caliber.
If you've got a fly back chrono for 1k then you've done pretty well, I can't think of another for that price.

There are other listings that state that the movement is an automatic caliber, reference DD2035

There is no mention of a caliber DD42035 on Caliber corner so its likely that the vendor on C24 has made a mistake (or is lying.)
Searching online, I found that new Anonimo watches are equipped with Sellita calibers. They are indeed of good quality. Prices range from 150-250€, so, as a general suggestion, it's important that the final price of the watch doesn't exceed 1200-1500€.
