Trying to determine a movement
I tried my best on the internet and it's hard to find any links that still work related to the 32 Degrees watch co. From what I can gather 32 Degrees was never a company, and I'm fairly certain it's Chinese. I put a loop on the movement the check for marks or numbers but I couldn't find any. Anybody have any ideas?

Looks similar but not quite identical to the movement in my Rotary Greenwich skeleton, which I believe is a Hangzhou movement, perhaps check them out?
There is a watch like this on E-bay (click here) but the movement number on the back is S938-108. My guess is that the movement number is some, odd, made-up number, because I can't find movement calibers with those numbers. (32-410B comes up empty, also.) It is probably a Chinese copy of some other movement.
It looks similar to a Chinese 2189 (click here.)
