My crown malfunctioned on my #dufrane Travis diver, so I reached out to the company for a repair. Thankfully, I was still under warranty. I shipped it out USPS 2 day service on the 7th of March and it was back to me on the 13th. Excellent customer service as far as I'm concerned!
