New Grand Seiko in Market 38mm!!!

Got my hands on the new GSs in the market!

Completely blown away for the first time fitting perfectly on my 17cm wrist, with a 38mm sizing and light titanium casing.

Grand Seiko on SS (Heritage collections) has always been my attraction yet the sizing was always a bit too big being over 40mm and hefty for me with no tapers on bracelets, giving up on the snow flakes and white birch which led me to my recent purchase of elegance collection on alligator strap, yet this one! I felt has opened doors for a new Era of GSs.

Looking for more coming from GS!!!

I think the green is beautiful, and love that these are high beat.

Love it! Can't wait to try one on. Congrats!

I like the pink but my ad seems to keep selling it. Secondly gs has poor resale value so would pass it for now

Everything great about the watch but the bracelet just doesn’t sit for me. The half brushed is mehhh

The problem, just like with the 36mm automatics from last year, is this:

The fit resulting from excess thickness is absolutely unacceptable in my opinion. Only quartz GS for me until they release thinner "next generation" movements like they did with Evolution 9 in small cases.

True! I was also turned off by that for the Unkai limited edition model, yet being lighter and smaller case it didn’t feel much of a barrier :) please try ot and let me hear your thoughts!

Ahh, the brushing may not change, yet due to the smaller size, the bracelet it self seems more suited if you had smaller wrists:) different experience and worth trying!

True, if to buy a GS in consideration. Buying it in Japan on secondary market is great, with the yen getting cheaper, and originally being made in Japan.

Yes very unique color dials, unisex wear for sure :)

I actually didn’t think of buying in Japan secondary market how do you go about doing that? And are the watches still in warranty usually

This place here is famous for the amount of variations and quality, they have a store where you can actually visit and have warranty from the shop 3years. Bought my Speedy here and can recommend the prices are really good too.
