Great Customer Service from a Microbrand

Every now and then i read posts about microbrands and their mediocre customer service. So id like to share my story where the customer service was great and the outcomming excellent:

Some time ago i realized, that my baltic aquascaphe gained about 4 minuteas a day.

So i wrote to baltic about my problem. They replied the next day, that my request got accepted and the issue is covered under warranty. The send me all the shipping paper etc…

And then i got married and in all the planing arround the big day and the changes and moving after i forgot to send my watch to baltic…

Now - about a half year later - i found the shipping papers. I was a bit nervous but i wrote another email to baltic and to apologize and to ask if my request is still accepted. They confirmed again and send me new shipping papers.

I took my second chance and send them the watch for checking and regulation.

About two weeks later i got it back in the mail.

The watch runs perfectly fine now!
