Verity automatic watch find #vintage

I found this watch today in a charity shop, and would love some help in dating it, if possible.

I found out that Verity imported Swiss watches and sold them under their brand, from 1936 onwards, and one article from 2015 mentions their website but that does not seem to exist anymore, or my google fu has let me down. Does anyone out there know more about the brand, and where I could possibly find out more about it?

The watch is 20mm diameter, automatic with 21 jewels. The back reads: ‘stainless steel back’ ‘waterproof’ ‘swiss’ ‘incabloc’ around the edge, and ‘antimagnetic’ ‘automatic’ in the centre, followed by the numbers 14 and 26, and a hand engraved 11 12 F.

The back looks a bit scratched but the big Incabloc label is still attached to the strap, and the strap shows no signs of wear.

Verity trademark was granted in London in 1956 according the usual sources for all these sort of queries.

Verity website is not working.

My father has one of their chronographs from the late 60s, it’s quite lovely, but is a genuine jobber made of various parts and thrown together with a small amount of branding on the dial and potentially the movement. I believe it’s a Valjoux, I haven’t actually been at it yet (he won’t let me).
