It's good that it has the authenticity guarantee. It gets sent to be authenticated on the way to the buyer, so if it is fake, hopefully eBay's authentication process would catch it.
I'm not an expert on lady sized Yachtmasters at all especially from the era but I do know the 29mm references often look a little weird from a proportions perspective.
In any case, Ebay's authenticity guarantee will almost certainly pick up a fake in something as generally ubiquitous as a Yachtmaster.

As others said; it’s a 29mm, they always look weird in photos. Two, you do not need to authenticate an item to list it, but it gets authenticated after the sale by Stoll & Co (the company eBay uses). They will certainly catch it.

You guys are probably right I wasn’t aware Rolex made a 29mm Yachtmaster I think it was the date magnification that threw me off.
