Have you ever tried one of these on? They wear better or smaller than the 40 mm suggests since they lake a bezel. I know it’s not quite as small as your SBGW231 but it might work for ya. You’ve got a slightly larger wrist than I. I totally relate to your desire for GS’s sub 40mm though. They could also do with making them a little thinner too. But you can’t have everything! Micro adjust should definitely be something they offer though. It’s practically a disgrace.
