After a week (well, 5 days actually but dugong is always bad at waiting) of waiting from Japan my Citizen Promaster GMT is now at customs.
I am not familiar as to how customs in Malaysia work in situations like these. Do I have to pay import duty for something's that's worth RM1686 (around USD 370)? If so, are the custom department going to notify me or do I have to file things myself?
Help me, Crunchers from Malaysia. You're my only hope!
This bit of lyric should describe my relationship with watches. "I don't know much but I know I love you And that may be all I need to know." Edit: If you see this avatar, high chances it's me. Commis...

That's a beautiful Citizen!
That's a beautiful Citizen!
Thank you. Here's hoping it sails (heheh, sails, get it? 😅) under the customs radar but I'd rather this be settled without any fuss.
Crossing fingers and raise hands in prayers
This just came in, it went through customs without a fuss. Phew
So yeah, in 2 or 3 days you'll see dugong wearing it if it has been charged, sitting on a windowsill somewhere if it's not.
Thank you everybody! Waves
A real beauty.
Just got an update that it is in between sorting centers and will arrive at the latest on 28th September (here's hoping they don't fumble and accidentally kicked my box into a corner and delay it, again!).
sigh
That bloody Lazada courier.
I was out finishing some business and didn't answer his call to my location. So yeah, one attempt to deliver unsuccessful.
Sorry, I'm taking bits of time to do this. So the post might be a bit choppy
Luckily he rallied and sent it after another pass. Here's some pictures!
After resizing the bracelet, here's more pictures.
Lume is great!
First time handling a titanium watch. Surprised at how light it was.
