Barton Watchbands

Has anyone had an issue with customer service at BWB in the last couple of weeks? I ordered an item 10 days ago, but other than the order confirmation I’ve received no updates. I’ve emailed, VM, and texted to no avail. I’ve ordered several products from them over the past couple of years and have never had a need to contact them previously. All orders showed up in 3-5 days and the products all performed very well. There is no urgency with my current order, but the lack of updates and contact is a bit concerning. I should add that all previous orders were through their Amazon shop. This is the first time I’ve ordered through BWB directly.

I had an issue with them the last time I dealt with them.  Sent three emails, never got contacted back....and that was the last time I bought from them.

yeah, that wasn't the issue.  One quick release strap broke right away, and then they didn't reflect the sale they were having when they billed me full price instead. After three emails I figured it wasn't worth it to continue...

In the grand scheme of things, it was a minor annoyance.  My situation probably doesn't reflect their overall customer service, but it was enough of an issue for me to say, well plenty of other places who will take my money.

The last time I bought a Barton was through Amazon. They sent the wrong size twice. I gave up, received a refund, and bought another brand.

In the grand scheme of things, it was a minor annoyance.  My situation probably doesn't reflect their overall customer service, but it was enough of an issue for me to say, well plenty of other places who will take my money.

This order is for strap adapters for my 15yo son‘s G-Shock. Not a huge deal at all. They have already taken the money, an update or reply would be nice. 😁

I‘ve never had an issue when going through Amazon(~10 orders). A simple response would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, I placed an order for a band over the weekend that finally came back in stock after a couple of months. I kept checking back with them periodically, and they kept telling me it should be in stock within 30 days. The last time I checked, they said I might want to go a different route, because they didn't know when they would have it again. I ended up ordering a band from somewhere else (that I'm also still waiting on delivery for), and of course the Barton one came back in stock. 🙄 I ordered it on Saturday, they promptly charged my card on Monday, and haven't heard anything since. I emailed them last night, and got a response this morning saying they are working to get all orders out and sorry for the delay. I know it hasn't been that long, but most people get your order out within a day or two, and usually don't charge until it's about to ship. 🤷🏻‍♂️ Let's just say I'm not very impressed.

I usually go through Amazon also. I bought from them twice and no problems. But it did take a little longer to get it.

Imagine that! Unfortunately, that seems to be the world we live in now. I'm not sure how big of an operation Barton is, but I imagine they're having staffing issues just like everyone else. Glad you got it sorted out!
