Perhaps this one? Not sure it is the same tourney.
Watching with you, along with my Canadian wife and kids (These tourneys are tough for me as the lone non-Canadian—they are all dual US/Canadians—in the house). Go Canada!
My niece is playing for Japan. If they make it to the podium, maybe I’ll get to check one out!

Thanks for the pic, but Great Britain was not part of the Tournament. (or at least the top division).
