SOTC and the plans for 2024
Sold of my own builds, either as parts or as complete watches. I'm actually pretty happy with the collection as it is. Did a couple of stupid purchases last year, impulsively and not thought through. Sold them of as I regretted the purchase and subsequently they didn't get any wrist time. Thy were just sitting in the box staring angrily at me.
Here's what I decided to keep.
So, back to the part where I wrote I was pretty happy with the collection. I don't have any Casio(s). So I fell down a new rabbit hole. Purchased a Casio A-168 retro style watch, dirt cheap. Couldn't believe the price. To make it a bit more durable and better to my liking I also bought a modding kit from SKXmods. Pics coming when everything is delivered and assembled.
This leaves me with one empty place in the watch case. What will fill the empty plece? I've already made a decision that when it is full, I need to adopt the one in, one out approach.
Just a watch nerd. And a deadlifting cyber security specialist.
Nice collection. For me it takes a couple of months then I realise that I've hardly ever worn a certain watch so it wasn't a good buy, then off to a new home it goes.
