Almost finished with the build
Moved the movement along with the dial and hands to my diver case (from my previous build, as it will be fitted with brand new nh35 and a field dial with matching hands). Attached the black rubber strap. The "pepsi" insert will be replaced by a new black aluminium insert.
I don't know however to remove the insert. It's originally just applied on the bezel, which came prepared with an adhesive tape of some sort.
Just pry away? I'm not concerned about damaging the insert but I don't want to scratch the bezel. Any tips?

Well you either take the bezel completely off or you pop the glass off. Otherwise you don't have a really good access to get under the insert. If taking of the bezel completely, be sure not to bent it out of shape.
I have watched a lot of YouTube videos on how to change the insert on the bezel. This video is the best of all.
