It is the Timex Waterbury? According to some videos it’s push pins for adjusting the bracelet. Can you see the pin holes on the sides of the links? It is odd though, in another photo of seemingly the same bracelet, there were no visible pins, holes, screws, or fold under mechanism for adjustment.
Just look in the instructions of the watch? Or you just google it? The instructions are often found on the website of the brand.

please do give me credit, I Google it and the watch came with very basic instructions. I asked in case someone has the same watch and can help me since I already try to push the pins and unscrew it.
The pins get pushed out in the direction of the arrows. You will need a small sturdy pin and a small hammer to tap the pins out. There may be small parts inside (collars) make sure you don't loose those. The pins then go back in the reverse direction. An entry level kit isn't a bad idea either.
