My First Swiss Watch - Omega Seamaster 300
Hi all,
Decided to treat myself to this to mark a few milestones (10 year anniversary, baby on the way, promotion). Lusted after one of these since Tomorrow Never Dies and never thought I would be fortunate enough to have one!
I am over the moon with it. Its beautifully made and I cant stop staring at it!
Other considerations were a Tudor Pelagos (Couldnt find one to try!) and a Breitling SO, but ultimately this won once I tried it on. Also got the rubber strap as part of the deal, but love the bracelet at the moment.
Is it worth using the free watch winder I got with this? Im planning on wearing it most of the time so not sure theres any point?

Congrats! More for the life events but hey … new watch marks the occasion.
I had a watch winder that eventually broke. i don’t miss it. If that’s your daily you probably won’t use it much. At least in my opinion.
Congrats! Don't see much use in watch winders... other than if you like staring at your watches spin round and round. 😉
Thanks! I read a post here were someone described a long-term watch as a talisman, I love that idea!
On week 3 today, absolutely besotted with it still, ive only worn this and a G-Shock for heavy work.
